Wishing one and all a very prosperous Chinese New Year
I hope you all receive more angpow this year ;)

as usual, we went to our mom's house
for CNY's eve dinner
she prepared all this food just for us
"love u so much mom!"

not only this
my kids also received angpow from her

finally, we ignite our lantern and let it fly away
the kids love this very much
our wish is
"may good health and happiness be with my family"

Chinese New Year Open House

My BIL and family who live in Pogunon
invited us to a CNY's eve party

The children were singing a CNY song?
nope! they were singing a praise and worship song

We had a lot of kuaci, oranges, langsat, kuih etc..

We also had Stanley, Tawny, 5 Loads etc.. :))

On the first day of CNY my BIL and family
who live in the centre of InobongProper
also had an open house

We found a big butterfly
old folks say, it means many visitors will come to the house

Christmas & CNY Party

Last Thursday, we organized a belated Christmas party at our office
some say, better late than never ;)
yes, it was done very late coz many of our office mates were still on long holiday

And since it was near to CNY
we celebrated the occasion together

Kuih Raya Lagi

Another kuih raya for me. Last Friday, when we returned to work after raya holidays, my colleague brought a few traditional kuih raya for me to try. Kuih jala, sapit, makmur, cincin, baulu and many more which I couldn't figure its name. Thank you so much friend!

Aidilfitri Greetings

First and foremost, I would like to wish everyone 'Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri' and enjoy the Syawal month. Even though I didn't go anywhere during the two days holidays, but I am sure, there will be more open houses during the whole festive month.

And as usual, I never miss ordering raya cookies from colleagues and friends. This year, I ordered many compared to previous year. Bah! ada bonus kan LoL.

Pineapple tart (softer), Rice biscuits & Kuih Perancis - my favourite!

Besides the pictures above, I also ordered Kuih Sapit and Kuih Jala, my old time kuih traditional favourites. I also had Double Chocolate and Chocolate Mint cookies but were finished even before Raya by my children :) Sedappp bah!
