Road to Climbing Mountain Kinabalu Part 1

My first run - managed to get 5th place

                                                  


To climb Mountain Kinabalu, I was told, you must be in the best of health, fit and mentally strong.  There is no specific training.  It is all up to us.  

So, the first thing came in my mind is jogging and hiking.  I don't want to say much here.  I just share what I did prior to the climbing.  I used Runkeeper apps to record all my activities.

January 2016

February 2016

4th    -    Jogging at Tanjung Lipat Park                         -    5.02km

5th    -    Jogging at Tanjung Lipat Park                         -    5km

13th  -    Participated Unitar SIDMA Fun Run at Likas Stadium    -    5km
